MSV hopes you will be totally satisfied with the products but if you would like to cancel your order and return the products you may do so within 7 working days after receiving them.

MSV may not cancel your order or provide a refund if the order is for products which are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, products that cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate rapidly, or audio or video recordings (in any format) or computer software, provided in a sealed package that has been unsealed by you.
MSV will only accept returns for non-faulty clothing products provided that they have not been worn and that tags remain in place. You should check clothing products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Following receipt of properly returned, undamaged products, MSV will confirm cancellation by email and will repay to you the cost of the products within 30 days from receipt of your cancellation by crediting the original purchaser’s payment card. Alternatively, you can request an MSV online shop credit that can be used against future purchases at the online shop.
MSV will not refund the postage costs of delivery or return unless the products are faulty.
Any items returned outside the 7 working day timeframe described above will only be accepted at MSV’s discretion and can only be refunded as an online shop credit.
